12 tags of 2016 : February

with 30 minutes to spare I got the February tag done

Tim's Tags for February was Monoprint with Embossed texture paste.

I don't love how the tag turned out but the good thing about
these tags is learning & trying new techniques.

check them out here:

it was messy to play with but she was fun!

Hope you all get to try something new !

Layouts for Crop Part 1

here are a few layouts from my crop
this past weekend.

This layout I entered in a Pet Contest & it WON!
Yeah - this is our puppy last summer.  He is only 2 but so grey.

Taylor's grade 8 grad 2 page spread.
it was in her gymnasium & outside with the sun going down on us so the
pictures were no the best, so I had to get a bit creative.

This was Tay last spring / winter !
It was taken at the polar Bear Plunge.
The slogan is freezing for  a reason.
All of the proceeds go to Local Special Olympians.
Way to go Tay - need to do a bit of journaling on it.

Hope you enjoyed them - more to come this week .

It was awesome!

It was a tropical these so as always we got all decked out!
I love that we are all such good sports & like
to theme it up!

I love my friends cause I get to me my silly, crazy self -
they laugh at me, poke fun at it - then they run with it
and make it an entire new joke for another day!

I will divide up my layouts to keep the posts shorter!

here is the first layout I completed
I entered it in a contest at the crop.

I didn't win - but hey I got a 4 page layout done!!
It was Alex's 5th Birthday Party.
We had it at a local park - it was Ninja Training.
The journaling is hidden behind the card that says cake.

See the rest of my layouts that will be posted through out the week -
hope you all get creative with friends soon!

The Paper Players Challenge

I stumbles onto a new challenge today while looking for inspiration -
The Blog is The Paper Players
Here is the link :

Their challenge was to create a card with a dog or cat on it.

So I dug through my stamps, the first puppy stamp wasn't'
what I was looking for and came up with these :
Yep not one but two - almost done my valentines

Hope you all have a create day and find new inspiration.
adding pinterest script 3. Changing the Position of the Pin it! button The cool thing about this code is that you have some freedom over where the Pinterest button for Blogger will go over the image. Take a look at the code that you just copied and pasted into the HTML for the word 'center'.
